On a tear...

Late night of trivia on Thursday, Alex's 30th at the Nabob on Friday, Sounders Match and trip to the canal yesterday.  The body is taking a pounding and on Tuesday I fly out to D.C. for two days of sounders celebration.

Definitely not helping me with the shedding weight component of my retraining effort!
